His career spans leadership roles in major companies such as Shell Petroleum Development Company Nigeria and consulting firms focused on upstream oil and gas. Key achievements include managing large-scale HR systems and payroll implementations, driving talent management and succession planning across multiple African countries, developing HR policies and processes and leading organisational restructuring and workforce planning initiatives.
Currently, as Managing Partner at VeeCrown Consulting, he provides top-quality HR and management solutions in upstream and downstream oil and gas sectors.
Educationally, he holds a BSc in Management from the University of Nigeria.
